Authorizing the City to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with MnDOT regarding the reconstruction of Robert Street between Annapolis Street and Kellogg Boulevard.
Body
WHEREAS, Robert Street between Annapolis Street and Kellogg Boulevard is under the Jurisdiction of the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT); and
WHEREAS, the MnDOT plans to reconstruct Robert Street from Annapolis Street to Kellogg Boulevard, including the reconstruction of the viaduct south of Cesar Chavez Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to coordinate and define agency roles and responsibilities related to the proposed street reconstruction project; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Memorandum of Understanding and any amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding.
