WHEREAS, the position of City Attorney was vacated by Lindsey Olson; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Irene Kao to serve as the City Attorney; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council approves the appointment, made by the Mayor, of Irene Kao, to serve as the City Attorney.
