WHEREAS, on February 16, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Number RES 11-331 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building services from October, 2010. (File No. VB1103, Assessment No. 118004); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1104 Magnolia Avenue East, being described as: Governor Johnson Addition Lot 4 Blk 1 with the property identification number 28-29-22-13-00213; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was made in error; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,235.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded. Council File Number RES 11-331 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
