WHEREAS, Park Holdings, LLC d/b/a 317 On Rice Park - Herbie’s On the Park (License ID #20160003959) applied for a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 317 Washington Street; and
WHEREAS, the licensee currently holds a Liquor-On Sale 291 or more Seats, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday, a Liquor On Sale - 2AM Closing and an Entertainment B license; and
WHEREAS, the premises is located downtown so a petition is not required; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the issuance of the Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby granted to Park Holdings, LLC d/b/a 317 On Rice Park - Herbie’s On the Park (License ID #20160003959) for the premises located at 317 Washington Street in Saint Paul.
