Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Fire & Safety Services Tort Liability Fund, 1-10022100-74205-2210020000-74205 to Fay & Associates, LLC. and Janay S. Anderson, the sum of fifteen thousand five hundred dollars ($15,500.00) in full and final settlement of her bodily injury claim stemming from a motor vehicle accident which took place on or about the 25th day of November, 2014, in Saint Paul, MN.
