Administrative Order: Amending the 2023 Saint Paul Regional Water Services budget for the transfer of funds from various accounting units to increase funding for the Administration - Building Repair Services expense account.

WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul (“Board”) adopted its 2023 budget in September 2022; and
WHEREAS, Board staff has recognized the need for an increase in funding for Administration Building Repair Services; and
WHEREAS, Board staff has identified funding from various existing accounting units that could be diverted to this need; and
WHEREAS, 2023 Administrative Order No. 4 will result in no increase or decrease to the 2023 adopted spending budget; now, therefore, via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and on request of the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul to amend the 2023 budget of the Water Utility Fund, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
