WHEREAS on July 9, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-37, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree on Private Properties from the month of January 2014. (File No. 1406T, Assessment No. 149006); and
WHEREAS, the property at 678 Jessamine Avenue East, being described as: Evans Addition to the City of St Paul Ex E 39ft Lot 5 and all of Lot 6, Blk 4, with the property identification number 29-29-22-12-0054 was assessed an amount of $1,521.14; and
WHEREAS, the Forestry Department found a calculation error and recommends reducing the assessment from $1,521.14 to $778.07 ; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 14-37 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
