WHEREAS, on March 18, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 15-33, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Repair of Sanitary Sewer Repair on Private Property from the time period of October to December 2014 at 709 York Ave E. (File No. SWRP1502, Assessment No. 153001); and
WHEREAS, the property at 709 York Ave E, being described as: Subdivision of Block 28 in Arlington Hills E 1/2 of Lot 11 and All of Lot 12 Block 28 with the property identification number 29-29-22-41-0066 was assessed an amount of $9,035.00; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Sewer Department recommends deleting for the assessment is a duplicate, was originally assessed in October of 2014; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 15-33 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
