Authorizing the Police Department to purchase upgrade equipment and licenses from Cellebrite, Inc. which will included an indemnification in the sales and service terms and conditions.
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department would like to upgrade existing equipment and licenses with Cellebrite, Inc., Parsippany, New Jersey; and
WHEREAS, the Cellebrite, Inc. terms and conditions of sale and service included an indemnification provision; and
RESOLVED, that the city council authorized the Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity office to issue a purchase order to Cellebrite, Inc. for the Police Department equipment upgrade and relating licenses for which the terms and conditions will include an indemnification provision.
