Amending the financing and spending budgets in the Department of Public Works by adding $196,500 of Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) financing to the Saint Clair SPSVP Project for work added as an amendment to the contract.

WHEREAS, Contract 622 Purchase Order 5269 with Thomas and Sons Construction for the Saint Clair SPSVP project was executed, and
WHEREAS, after the contract was executed SPRWS indicated a need to have work completed along the area of the Saint Clair SPSVP project, and
WHEREAS, an amendment to the Saint Clair SPSVP contract was executed with Thomas and Sons Construction for the additional SPRWS work, and
WHEREAS, the Saint Clair SPSVP project needs to identify the financing from SPRWS in order to pay for the work added to the contract, so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital improvement Budget Committee, that $196,500 is available for in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following particulars:
