WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-19 on March 25, 2026 which granted an extension to May 1, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions (balance of the nuisance abatement order) at 1377 Minneahaha Avenue East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 5, 2026 and May 26, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated, but will grant through October 1, 2026 for compliance via use or removal of shingles, and grant additional extension to June 5th, 2026 for balance of orders. forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is granted through October 1, 2026 for compliance via use or removal of shingles, and grant additional extension to June 5th, 2026 for balance of orders forthcoming.
