RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Sara Romdenne, and her attorneys, Gus Nicklow and the firm of Meshbesher & Spence, the total sum of Four Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars and no cents ($465,000.00) in full and final settlement, for damages and attorneys’ fees arising from the incident occurring on May 8, 2020, in which Ms. Romdenne was bitten by a dog in the custody of Saint Paul Animal Control.
