RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached Joint Powers Agreement with the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to participate in the Violent Offender Task Force (VOTF) and to accept a vehicle purchase and other equipment to be used solely for the purpose of the VOTF pending availability of funding.
