Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-505 accepted the Report of Completion for the installation of a fire protection system at 178 East 9^{th Street; and}

^{WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 4, 2011 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and}

^{WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it}

^{RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby ratified; and be it further}

^{RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and is hereby determined to be payable in twenty annual installments.}
