WHEREAS, after due consideration and analysis of the financial condition of Saint Paul Regional Water Services, the Board of Water Commissioners has prepared a 2027 budget of projected revenues and expenses; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners does hereby recommend and request that the Saint Paul City Council approve and adopt the attached 2027 Saint Paul Regional Water Services Budget.
