Appeal of Sarah Benson to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 228 FRONT AVENUE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, June 16, 2020, Teleconference call between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: My general contractor has indicated that we are going to have all the work completed by late July. We are full time on the project and have already made significant progress. The residential unit will be completed by early July with the other portions following shortly after. We are in close contact w/DSI inspectors on all facets of the project.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Sarah Benson to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 228 FRONT AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee to September 21, 2020; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
