WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Andy Wilhoit to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 202 OTIS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the following variances:
Unit 1 north - 2 inches egress opening height and south - 1 inch egress opening height;
Unit 2 north - 2 inches egress opening height and south 6 - inch egress opening height;
Unit 3 north - 2 inches egress opening height and southeast 4 - inch egress opening height and southwest 2 - inch egress opening height;
Unit 4 north - 1 inches egress opening height and south 7 - inch egress opening height;
Unit 5 north - 2 inches egress opening height and south 2 - inch egress opening height; and
Unit 6 north - 4 inches egress opening height and south 2 - inch egress opening height; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
