 Title

Approving the addition of retroactive language to the Animal Services Manager change in rate of pay.

Body

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job study for the classification of Animal Control Supervisor; and

 

WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rate of pay for the newly titled Animal Services Manager be changed to the rate set forth in Grade 038 to the rate set forth in Grade 046, in Employee Group 10, Manual and Maintenance Supervisors Association; and

 

WHEREAS, the intended retroactive date of May 21, 2022 for the change in rate of pay for the Animal Services Manager classification was inadvertently omitted when the initial resolution, Resolution 23-658, was submitted to the City Council for approval; now therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Animal Services Manager be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 038 to the rate set forth in Grade 046, in Employee Group 10, Manual and Maintenance Supervisors Association. This change in rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution and be retroactive to May 21, 2022.
