Appeal of Don and Cathy Suchomel to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 1666 JESSAMINE AVENUE EAST.
 
Purpose of Appeal
The home contains newer vinyl windows with an opening of 22-3/4" wide by 21" high.  I assumed the windows would be good since the home was listed as rental property before we purchased it.
The driveway leading to the garage is concrete part way and class 5 for the rest of the way.  Previously, I was told that class 5 was acceptable.  Also, since it was rental property previously, I assumed it should be good.
