Recommended License Conditions
1. All assembly hall and lounge operations must cease at 12:00 a.m. midnight daily and the sale, service, display, and/or consumption of all alcohol must end at 12:00 a.m. midnight. All patrons and customers must vacate the premises by 12:30 a.m. each day of the week.
2. The sale, display, and/or consumption of alcohol on Sundays shall only be conducted under the authorization of a separately issued license and must be in conjunction with food service compliant with all applicable State and Local regulations.
3. The sale, display, and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages must be contained within the defined liquor service area as per the approved plan on file with DSI and is not allowed in any common space.
4. The outdoor liquor service area must be enclosed by a vertical fence or partition which allows control of access to and from the liquor service and consumption area.
5. Noise emanating from the establishment and outdoor service area must comply with applicable State and Local rules and regulations, including but not limited to Chapter 293 Noise Regulations of the City of Saint Paul Legislative Code.
