Adopting the 2012 Budget Policy Plan.

Whereas, the Saint Paul City Council has undertaken a review of the Mayor's 2012 Budget Proposal;
Whereas, the 2012 Budget Policy Plan is a compilation of the policy issues identified during the meetings of the Council's Budget Review Committee;
Whereas, the 2012 Budget Policy Plan includes a policy summary which identifies topics and timelines for future consideration;
Whereas, the 2012 Budget Policy Plan is included as Attachment A;
Therefore be it resolved that the City Council adopts the 2012 Budget Policy Plan and directs Council staff to coordinate with the Administration in the completion of the items in the policy plan.
