Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up during January 2 to 10, 2020. (File No. J2015A, Assessment No. 208515) (Public hearing continued to February 17, 2021)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 20-395 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of January 2 to January 10, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 3, 2020 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 20-305: 1245 Albemarle Street;
RLH TA 20-264: 0 Herbert Street;
RLH TA 21-99: 876 Margaret Street;
RLH TA 20-283: 888 Maryland Avenue East;
RLH TA 20-279: 644 Olive Street (aka 640 Olive Street)
RLH TA 20-281: 1019 Wakefield Avenue;
RLH TA 20-280: 903 York Avenue; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
