Purpose of Appeal:  I have no holes in my lot. I have told Jack Harrington about it. Mr. Harrington should be fired. I have sent a survey of my property to Mr. Harrington.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments Owner said that he would send pictures to the LH email proving to the holes in the pavement are not on his property, despite the parking lot being shared.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Francis J Hickey to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1407 PROSPERITY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal as conditions existed at the time orders were written, noting the property is now in compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
