Approving the Collective Bargaining Agreement (January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2028) and Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Supervisors' Organization.

Whereas, the last Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Supervisors' Organization, which was approved by the Saint Paul City Council on April 12, 2023, continues in full force and effect through December 31, 2025, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
Whereas, the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Supervisors' Organization reached a tentative agreement on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement and Memorandum of Agreement that, once approved, shall be effective as of January 1, 2026, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2028, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; now therefore, be it
Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter 6.03.3(5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Collective Bargaining Agreement (January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2028) and Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Supervisors' Organization.
