Approving the reimbursement funds used for the Heights Affordable Housing Partnership East Metro Local Business Networking Event.

WHEREAS, the Ward 6 community event is being held on Thursday, February 27th, 2025, at the Arlington Hills Community Center at 1200 Payne Avenue, St. Paul, 55130; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the meeting is to connect local East Side businesses to The Heights’ developer partners and learn about the opportunities available; and
WHEREAS, the expenditure of money for snacks and light refreshments serves a public purpose by fostering community engagement and facilitating discussions among businesses;
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council is authorized to reimburse Councilmember Yang up to $250 for the purchase of snacks and refreshments for the networking event.
