Approving the removal of all license conditions for the Tobacco Shop (License ID #738681) and Gas Station (License ID #738679) licenses, and related to the previous Auto Repair Garage license (License ID #20140001795), for Downtown BP, Inc. d/b/a Downtown BP for the premises located at 542 Robert St. N.

WHEREAS, Downtown BP, Inc. d/b/a Downtown BP has cancelled its Auto Repair Garage license (License ID #20140001795), but is keeping the Tobacco Shop (License ID #738681) and Gas Station (License ID #738679) licenses. The license conditions imposed are related to the Auto Repair Garage license only and do not apply to the remaining licenses. Therefore, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends that all license conditions be removed; and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the request to remove all license conditions; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, That the removal of all license conditions for the Tobacco Shop (License ID #738681) and Gas Station (License ID #738679) licenses, and formerly connected to the Auto Repair Garage license (License ID #20140001795), is hereby approved and immediately effective for Downtown BP, Inc. d/b/a Downtown BP for the premises located at 542 Robert St. N.
