Approving changes to the Municipal State Aid Street System as recommended by the Department of Public Works and with preliminary approval by the Minnesota Department of Transportation, related to the Wheelock Parkway Reconstruction project which caused the closing of Parkway Drive (MSAS 178).

WHEREAS, the City Council of Saint Paul, Minnesota, upon recommendation by the Director of Public Works, concurs that certain changes to the Municipal State Aid Roadway System are necessary in order to revoke segment(s) from the system that no longer meet State Aid requirements and to add segment(s) to the system that do meet State Aid requirements, so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Saint Paul that the following street segment be revoked from the Municipal State Aid Roadway System for no longer meeting the definition and requirements to be a State Aid Street:
Location Route (or portion, thereof)
Parkway Drive - Edgerton Street to Payne Avenue MSAS 178 (0.15 miles)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Saint Paul, that the following street segments be added to the Municipal State Aid Roadway System in Saint Paul under provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162:
