Pertaining to a Master Professional Services Agreement with Advanced Utility Systems to provide upgrades, add-ons, enhancements and fixes to SPRWS Customer Information and Billing System software as detailed in Statements of Work.
Body
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul entered into license and maintenance and support agreements with Advanced Utility Systems June 25, 2008 related to Customer Information and Billing software described as CIS Infinity; and
WHEREAS, Advanced Utility Systems strives to keep pace with technology by developing upgrades, add-ons, and otherwise improving the software on an on-going basis; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to enter into a Master Professional Services Agreement with Advanced Utility Systems to implement certain software upgrades, add-ons, enhancements and fixes as detailed in Schedules attached to said Agreement as addendums; and
WHEREAS, the Statement of Work, attached to said Agreement as Schedule A, for Infinity Link Version 4, an online payment processing module, will provide enhancements to customer service desired by the Board; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves the Master Professional Services Agreement with Advanced Utility Systems dated September 27, 2018, providing for the governance of requested professional services along with the Statement of Work “Implementation of Infinity Link Version 4”, attached to said Agreement as Schedule A, at a cost not to exceed $103,800; and, be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement along with its Statement of Work attached to said Agreement as Schedule A following approval by the assistant city attorney.
