Approving the application for change of ownership to the Second Hand Dealer-Motor Vehicle (DSIBLAUTO-000321-2025), Auto Repair Garage (DSIBLAUTO-000322-2025), and Second Hand Dealer-Motor Vehicle Parts (DSIBLAUTO-000333-2025) licenses now held by Garage Car Group LLC d/b/a Light Auto Sales (License ID # DSIBLAUTO-000321-2025, DSIBLAUTO-000322-2025, DSIBLAUTO-000333-2025) for the premises located at 803 Earl St.

WHEREAS, Garage Car Group LLC d/b/a Light Auto Sales (License ID # DSIBLAUTO-000321-2025, DSIBLAUTO-000322-2025, DSIBLAUTO-000333-2025) applied for a change of ownership to the Second Hand Dealer-Motor Vehicle (DSIBLAUTO-000321-2025), Auto Repair Garage (DSIBLAUTO-000322-2025), and Second Hand Dealer-Motor Vehicle Parts (DSIBLAUTO-000333-2025) licenses for the premises located at 803 Earl St.; and
WHEREAS, on November 7, 2025, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of November 22, 2025; and
WHEREAS, on November 16, 2025, the Licensee signed a License Condition Affidavit agreeing to follow all conditions that are in place; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the change of ownership to the Second Hand Dealer-Motor Vehicle, Auto Repair Garage, and Second Hand Dealer-Motor Vehicle Parts licenses is hereby approved and issued to Garage Car Group LLC d/b/a Light Auto Sales (License ID # DSIBLAUTO-000321-2025, DSIBLAUTO-000322-2025, DSIBLAUTO-000333-2025) for the premises located at 803 Earl St. with the following license conditions:
1. All customer/employee, for-sale, and/or other vehicles associated with this business must be parked in accordance with the approved site plan on file with the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) dated 12/18/2015. The maximum number of vehicles parked outdoors on the premises shall ...
