Body

Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a settlement agreement and release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Police Department Tort Liability Fund, GL 001-04100-0511, the sum of twenty five thousand dollars and no cents ($25,000), to Sheila T. Lambie and the Law Offices of James F. Dunn in full and final settlement of any and all claims relating to an Underinsured Motorist Claim as a result of a vehicle accident on or about the 19^th day of May, 2010, at or near Olive Street, Saint Paul, MN.
