Purpose of Appeal: I received a paper saying that I was responsible for the public trash outside. The public trash is in the parking lot and is used by the whole neighborhood. I never put the trash there and they don't have any evidence. Sometimes people come from other places and throw their garbage here.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Abdulaziz Osman to a Summary Abatement Order at 408 GROTTO STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal, noting the nuisance has been abated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
