Amending Council File RLH VO 20-38, adopted September 23, 2020, to grant Davina Harper an additional extension for property at 403 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST.

WHEREAS, on September 23, 2020, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 20-38, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 403 Minnehaha Avenue East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council grant an extension until November 1, 2020 for compliance; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Fire inspector inspected the property after the November 1, 2020 deadline and found that the only remaining item in the Fire order is the windows; therefore, has requested to give owner additional extension; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to February 1, 2021 for compliance or the property must be vacated.
