Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program funds are being moved into a new project specific code to reflect action adopted via City Council Resolution #13-949.  In addition, two previously funded Ward 6 Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program projects were completed under budget by the grantee.  These remaining balances are being moved from project specific codes into the Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program code.
