WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ferdinand F. Peters, on behalf of Ghassan Bsharat, Hook Fish and Chicken, to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 600 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal pending a sign off on the permit by June 19, 2013 as permit has been signed off; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
