Be it resolved, that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul’s DSI Department Tort Liability Fund 1-10024200-74205 to the Mike Essien Law Firm in the amount of ten thousand four hundred and fifty-eight dollars and eighteen cents ($10,458.18) and the City of Saint Paul’s Regional Water Department Tort Liability Fund 8-69082100-74205 to the Mike Essien Law Firm in the amount of ten thousand four hundred and fifty-eight dollars and eighteen cents ($10,458.18) in full and final settlement of their liability damage stemming from an auto incident on or about April 29, 2024 in Saint Paul, MN.
