Ratifying the assessments for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on Private Property during January to March 2021 at 2238 Dayton Ave. (File No. 2102LDSRP1, Assessment No. 224004)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 22-306 accepted the Report of Completion for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on Private Property as requested by the Property Owner during the time period of January to March 2021 at 2238 Dayton Ave; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on April 6, 2022 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes, Chapter 504 Laws of Minnesota 1994 and Chapter 63 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be payable in twenty (20) installments.
