WHEREAS, on October 21, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 15-284, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on Private Properties as requested by the Property Owner during the months of March to June 2015. (File No. 1503LDSRP, Assessment No. 154003); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1707 Sheridan Ave, being described as: Homecroft, an Addition to the City of St Paul Lot 23 Block 1 with the property identification number 21-28-23-12-0082 was assessed an amount of $1080.00; and
WHEREAS, the St Paul Regional Water services recommends deleting the assessment and the owner has returned the check issued by the City; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 15-284 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
