Staff Comments: The PO has used his brother's commercial dumpster for his personal trash for years and has not had a garbage cart at the property. FCC confirmed there have been no pickups. However, this property has delinquent garbage assessments dating back as far as 2020. Staff recommends reducing assessment to $58.47
