Body

WHEREAS on September 21, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 16-60, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services during May 4 to 31, 2016 at 956 GERANIUM AVENUE EAST. (File No. J1612A, Assessment No. 168530); and

WHEREAS, the property at 956 Geranium Avenue East, being described as: Eastville Heights Lot 11 Blk 11, with the property identification number 28-29-22-21-0172 was assessed an amount of $912.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment because abatement notice was sent to the previous owner; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $912, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 16-60 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
