BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, based on a review of the legislative hearing record testimony heard at public hearing on December 1, 2010 and motion of intent hereby memorializes the decision for the following:
1. Deny the appeal of Mark Cemensky at 274 Sidney Street East in reference to the November 9, 2010 Notice of Condemenation as Unfit for Human Habitation Order to Vacate letter.
