I can't afford to pay for windows. I'm trying to keep the property & I'm already behind in payments. I'm going through a divorce. My husband has taken all the money & I am broke. Not to mention he wasn't taking care of the property. Now everything is on me being that it's in my name only.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Carla Goss to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1136 BURR STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the following variances for egress window openings: 1st floor north bedroom - 3 inch variance in egress opening height; 1st floor northeast and southeast - 5 inch variance in egress opening height; basement east bedroom - 8 inch varianc in egress opening height; basement south bedroom 7 inch variance in egress opening height; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
