Pertaining to Board approval to authorize the scope of work with Black & Veatch to provide additional hydraulic modeling services under Master Contract No. 4743 at a not to exceed cost of $136,500.

WHEREAS, on May 14, 2024, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul approved Master Contract No. 4743 with Black & Veatch for professional engineering services related to utility system services and planning, including hydraulic modeling; and
WHEREAS, SPRWS has identified the need for pump replacement at the Hazel Park pump station; and
WHEREAS, Black & Veatch has provided a scope and fee of work to engineering design and construction support services under the terms and conditions of Master Contract No. 4743, as detailed in their scope of work, dated August 3, 2026; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby authorizes the scope of work with Black & Veatch to provide additional hydraulic modeling services under Master Contract No. 4743 at a not to exceed cost of $136,500; and be it further
RESOLVED, that Saint Paul Regional Water Services staff are hereby authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to implement this amendment in accordance with the approved master contract.
