WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Margaret Uriah to a Correction Order - Re-Inspection Complaint at 410 VAN BUREN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
