Body

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Department of Parks and Recreation will be holding the Annual Arbor Month Volunteer Tree Planting Event and Celebration at Prospect Park on May 18^th, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation wishes to solicit and accept donations specifically for this event; and

WHEREAS, 2013 solicitations will include a request for 40 pastries ($50) from Jerabek's New Bohemian Bakery; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes Parks and Recreation  to accept a food donation ($50 value) from Jerabek's for the 2013 Arbor Month Volunteer Tree Planting Event and Celebration and thanks Jerabek's for their generous gift.
