WHEREAS, on October 5, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Numbers RLH AR 11-83 and RLH TA 11-366 said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Boarding and Securing Services during June 2011. (File No. J1112B, Assessment No. 118117); and
WHEREAS, the property at 264 Point Douglas Road North, being described as:
Point Douglas Addition E 1/2 Of English St Vac Adj And Fol Ex Ely 1o Ft Lot 16 Blk 1;
with the property identification number 34-29-22-33-0084 was assessed an amount of $200.97; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends approving the assessment of $200.97 and spreading the payments over two (2) years;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Council File Numbers RLH AR 11-83 and RLH TA 11-366 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
