WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 25-10 on May 21, 2025 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 947 Fremont Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 25, 2025 and December 9, 2025 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated, but will grant an additional 180 days and continue the original $5,000 performance deposit, as an additional $10,000 performance deposit was posted on December 9, 2025 and submission of updated work plan and schedule were reviewed and approved; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated, but grant an additional 180 days forthcoming, pending December 9, 2025 Legislative Hearing.
