We are appealing 1 replacement double hung that will not comply w/ St. Paul egress policy. Openable height will be short by 5". Openable width exceeded by 5". Homeowner would like to keep style consistent throughout the home. Please approve.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Renewal by Andersen, on behalf of Nick Stark, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 2057 FIFTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 5-inch variance on the openable height of one double-hung replacement egress bedroom window measuring 19 inches high by 25 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
