Administrative Order, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.7.1 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Director of Emergency Management to amend the 2023 Fund 200 - City Grants budget for the reallocation of the funds authorized by the Director of Financial Services to amend the budget in the following manner:
