Home number not visible from the street - The number of the residence is clearly visible from the street. Correction inspection occurred several months ago and this was not an issue noted. Number location and home have not been altered in over 2 years since purchase.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of John Rouleau to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection at 2000 MAGOFFIN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until January 21, 2014 for appellant to come into compliance with the orders or get his name transferred as sole owner of the property or added to the title as part owner; if ownership documentation is provided, grant appeal to release the property from the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program as documentation has been provided to show that appellant is part owner of the property; however, orders pertaining to the exterior shall still be in place; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
