Pertaining to Professional Consulting Services for Asset Management Plan Development.
Body
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul (the “Board”) desires to obtain professional services for the development of the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Asset Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, proposals were solicited from qualified firms to provide said services, and from those, staff recommends the proposal submitted by Stanley Consultants dated May 20, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to enter into an agreement with Stanley Consultants to provide said services at a cost not to exceed $299,955; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby requests that the City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis Services draft an agreement with Stanley Consultants, in partnership with Raftelis, to provide professional consulting services for the development of the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Asset Management Plan, as described in Event #1713, Request for Proposal and the Stanley Consultants proposal dated May 20, 2026, at a cost not to exceed $299,955.00, and to include all other terms and conditions as may be required; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement following approval by the assistant city attorney.
